Fulcra is a small, deliberate software agency based in Sofia, Bulgaria, working primarily with growth-stage companies across the UK and Western Europe. We keep the team lean so every project gets senior attention — not a pyramid of people.
We specialise in the hard parts: complex integrations, platform migrations, custom Salesforce builds, and systems that need to scale without falling over. Ten years of shipping, across luxury fashion, fintech, telecoms, and D2C.

We engage at the architecture and strategy layer — not just feature delivery. If we see a problem coming, we say so.
No account managers
You talk directly to the people writing the code. No translation layer, no lost context, no "I'll relay that to the team."
Honest scoping
We'd rather tell you a project is wrong-sized or wrong-fit up front than overpromise and underdeliver.
